I just want everyone to know that I've gone ahead and taken the liberty of starting the latest iteration of the Uru Obsession neighborhood, and inviting Zib in as it's first member. Feel free to track down either of us in order to get an invitation to the 'hood. Let's make it every bit as great as it used to be!

Thanks vid. In all incarnations of Uru I've often thought of joining the UO hood since this was always the forum I frequented most, but I always ended up elsewhere with various groups. I think this time I will make the UO hood my home if y'all will have me.

How about the islands page? The DRC hood I was dumped in lacked one.. be nice to have one in hood.. and the lights make for a better party atmosphere no doubt.


The main thing though is it has a working amphitheatre and fountain (yes they all do that's my point)!

as i recall, the island page kinda rotates around the hoods.

We have a clock, and Tsogahl. I forgot to check for the page. Firemarbles, Cones, and Eddie are all present and accounted for, as is the fountain with running water.

I'm heading in within an hour, if anybody is in need of an invite still, I'll be around probably until 11pm cavern time (1am boston? not sure if I converted right...), assuming I can get the thing to load.

Also, vid, you're right.. no way we could try Spoken Word Night in this kind of madness with the servers flaky. Unless things smooth out a week might be optimistic too, but we'll see?

As far as I know, Me, Tesseract, and Uru Obsession (vid in disguise) are members of the UO hood. I'm assuming that if Tesseract is a member, then there are others, as well. (Last time I managed to log on, I crashed just after becoming the first member)

Ok.. I was planning to ask you afterwards when you showed up during the Rand chat... but you saw how that turned out for both of us (you can see in the logs where I saw you arrive, and I crashed out just at the suggestion to let us rank ages in the nexus listing)
