I guess it's time to remove that Day Five subtitle about the episode concluding!

I'm thinking it's just "wrap up a few loose ends" day.. I doubt much more will happen. I'd like to see some others that we haven't seen (Phil, Watson, Engberg) but it'd be only a maybe.

So right now the only member of the DRC we see returning from the surface is Kodama, who went up for more funding for the restoration.

So did Marie and Laxman.. and Sharper will return when there's funding I'm sure. He can't stay away from the prospect of a fight..

Cate's gone for good other than on a visiting basis only, but that's about it.

You have to wonder where Sharper has been, asleep under a rock somewhere? I thought he was off helping fight the war with the good bahro. did they just to poof mid battle on him

Nick... might stay. I mean, it's not like he's exactly been a DRC member the whole time. Heck, even when he's been an explorer with contacts, he's never been a DRC related person. He does as he will, and is more like an explorer than Sharper. I can imagine him dropping by when he has time, cracking jokes in the hood and having himself some fun now that the DRC is gone. The only difference is he'll be without his info network as some of the ResEngs leave.

Eh. I think we'll see. He might also disappear. I figure later today we'll get a meeting from Engberg. And tomorrow.. Phil or Watson is the last one to leave, giving us a message before going after Yeesha (possibly both), being the ones to metaphorically turn out the lights as they go.

That will be episode end.

Nah. I think Phil, Watson, and Engberg, and possibly Nick will all stay. They'll just sort of "coincidentally" all choose to keep to themselves until it happens to be the beginning of the second season.

However, I agree with the idea of them being quiet. Of them that might stay, Nick is the one who'll be most likely to show up in public for random times, like the good old days before sweeps week.

Who knows?

(Me, I think that'd be perfect. Season off, no new content.. but plenty of Nick being himself amongst explorers without a single week only. Besides, the ResEngs are gonna be about, and we already have suspicions who plays Nick..)

The only small disappointment I felt from this episode was there was no Relto page for a pet quab. Maybe next season?

I agree gelf, it seems weird. The storyline would have been better served if he came back while the bahro were circling about the arch, and then we could have tried to talk Doug out of shooting down a few!

Actually, I've always assumed that there was no single person assigned to play each role--I figure one person might play Sharper one day, and the next day someone else plays him while the first person plays Watson or something, etc. etc.

As for Nick or anyone else showing up randomly during the downtime...nah, I doubt it. I think they're going to stick with the episodic method of doing things. We won't be seeing any characters or new content or any kind of storyline stuff until next season. The exceptions will be the usual ones--holiday stuff, sparklies, KImail lake updates from Laxman (maybe not even that), but no character appearances.

I still think that storywise, they could have done SOOOOOOOOOOOO much more with this episode other than, "I'm going to the surface. bye!" I mean seriously, it takes less effort to write up a good story than to make the content, surely someone, somewhere could have done up a better script than this.

Although, I do think the content was superb! now if they could get a Scars storyline with an Exodus content in a single episode I think they would really kick the collective butts of every other mmo out there! (as if it doesn't already, I'm just saying)

i agree, i was expecting some crazy bad things to happen with the bahro and the war, and then yeesha just shows up and makes the bahro go away and we all live happily ever after, yawn
